Wedding Luncheon

After the wedding we had a luncheon in Blanding for everyone that came to the wedding. We had some delicious food there that Reeds family made for us all. Reed's mom wanted to have frosties at the luncheon so she called up Wendy's and they were glad to help out with anything. It was awesome!

Marriage License

Things are finally starting to feel real. We went to Monticello on Friday to get our marriage license. Which took a total of 5 minutes.

The countdown is on 8 days 22 hours.

Little Surprise

We got another awesome gift from General Mills. Not only did they send us two huge boxes of fiber one, they put us on a Wheaties box!

Yeah that's right its in a nice plastic case and everything. It just showed up at my house one day along with a note that says "Congratulations Kaitlin & Reed from General Mills." I just laughed and laughed. All I've got to say General Mills is pretty much awesome.

Horse Riding

Last week my dear friend Lacie was kind enough to take Reed & I horseback riding.

We stopped by my house to take my nieces for a little ride.

Lexi loved to run on the horse & kept making Reed run. Kourt said "KK I like riding horses, but it's a little scary when they run." Every time Reed's horse started running my horse wanted to so I had to hold onto Kourt with a death grip while she bounced up and down.

Then once Reed and I started running Lacie's horse started. The thing is her horse is freakin HUGE and is much harder to hold onto. Especially since its so big they don't have a saddle for it.

Wes had to stand on the lawn mower to hop on. Yeah they were sore for a couple days from riding her.

p.s. only 17 days 20 hours 10 min and counting...

Famous Niece

My niece Lexi made the font page of The Daily Times today for school.

She said "Mom I'm in the paper just like KK! (me)"

She just wasn't quite expecting it from the look on her face.
