We're Back!

Finally we're home, and back to real life. I have to make my own bed every morning, make my own food and no matter how much I hope there are no chocolates on my pillow. It was so much fun and we loved every bit of it even though we were the only 2 under 75.

Cartegena, Columbia

We thought it would be cool to take a picture with this lady so we asked her if we could. Then after she made us pay her 1$, even though she tricked us. She does that all day and that's how she makes money.We saw a LDS church so we stopped to take a picture.

Yeah its kinda bad I'm not modest in front of the temple but come on give me a break we're on a cruise we were in our swim suits ALL day EVERY day!

We rented a scooter to get around town and have fun while doing it.

Acapulco

Here we just did a lot of sightseeing and went to the markets. It was a really big city so we didn't like it too much.

Puerto Vallarta

We went on a canopy tour (zip line) over the rainforest, 600 ft in the air. It was awesome and so pretty to see.Me on the zip line.

After the canopy tour we saw some fellow New Mexians (Stacie Arthur), talk about crazy!


Cabo San Lucas

We went fishing and Reed caught a 100 pound marlin! It took him 45 minutes to reel it in. He was so proud of himself.

Happy to be going home after a fun and long trip!

1 week down, 1 to go!

We are in Hualtuco, Mexico today. We rented a scooter for the whole day and took a little adventure around town. We found a little internet cafe and paid 1$ for an hour, on the ship its $1.75 per minute! yeah not gonna pay that much. We are having a blast and are enjoying the warm weather. Yes we still love eachother after spending a week together 24/7, we will probably need a break when we get back though. ha

I would put some pictures up but we have no time and the crystal clear blue water is calling our names for some snorkeling. We still have 5 more stops in Mexico but we do miss home. We miss you fam but will be back soon. Love you!

Countdown

The final countdown has begun, only 7 days till we are on our cruise!

Yeah we're pretty much so excited we can hardly stand it. Reed is so excited he's been wearing his swim suit around the house, just kidding he really isn't but he would if I let him!

Hunting

Reed and I went hunting in Blanding, UT with Reed's dad. It was my first time hunting so it was quite the experience.
We used his dad's meat slicer so we could make some jerky when we get home. yummmm it will be delish!

Reed's Birthday

Today is Reed's 23 Birthday! He told me not to get him a present, but being the awesome wife that I am I couldn't do that. He has monitoring our Wells Fargo account online the past week thinking he could figure out what I was getting him. But I outsmarted him of course! I've been saving up my tip money from work for months for this very reason.
I bought him some clothes (the shirt is backwards) from TJ Maxx then...

I got him an Itouch (his ipod got stolen when we were dating so he stole mine). He was SO surprised as you can see. That is his "How did you get this face"

Happy Birthday Honey!

New York

We're finally back from New York very early Sunday morning! We had a fun but exhausting time.
After the show we had the chance to go to the Manhattan Temple. That was one reason I wanted to go back to NY. The temple was so beautiful and I was happy that we were able to go together.We decided to go to a broadway play that night. We went to Mary Poppins.
It was so awesome, we wish we were able to go to more while we were there.
Enjoyed New York a little bit more and visited some shops.
Before we left Saturday we took a walk around Central Park since our hotel was right next to it. There was some really cool things in it, but it was so huge we couldn't see all of it. All in all it was a great going back married. We love our little life together.

The Today Show

We flew all night to get here just in time to do the show. We drove straight from the airport to the studio to get ready for the show.
The show went well this morning, short and sweet. We weren't quite sure what they were going to ask us but we figured it out. Matt and Meredith were so nice it was good to go back. We are both wiped out, but there is no room for sleep we're in NY!

100 Post!

Happy 100th post!
Reed and I got a call a couple weeks ago from the producer at The Today Show and they want us back for a follow up interview! Well some miracles happened and we both got off work for when they wanted us so we're going! Although we had to have Meredith call Reed's boss so we could go.We'll be on the air Friday Sept. 11 and will get to stay in New York the weekend to hang out. We're so excited cause at least this time we're married

Rudy

We love our little Rudy and love having him around but he is just like a kid and we're not ready for kids yet!

He always wants to be held or be right next to you.
He whines at night and we haven't had a good nights rest since we've had him.
He has to be potty trained.
He eats a TON.
He's always making messes in the house, bringing in pine cones and sticks.
But he's a cutie and makes us laugh everyday.

He really likes posing for pictures too.

Pickles!

So I really like pickles, I mean really like pickles. Every time I go to a game or a movie that has pickles I get one. After the last game I went to me and my friend Amalie decided we should just buy a jar at Sam's club. Reed went golfing so we went on our way to get one, but instead a jar we decided on the better deal. 5 times as many pickles for twice the price!
5 gallon bucket for $16.00!! yummmmm
I really just wanted to buy them to see the look on Reeds face and yeah it was funny but he can't complain cause he's had at least 2 pickles a day since we've bought them.
