Moab

Reed and I had a plan that when we finished school we would get out of town for a few days to relax. We decided to go to Moab, UT because it was close but not to close.
{Of course we had to take Orange Crush}
Good thing because along the way Reed decided it would be nice to pick up a hitchhiker. I said no but Reed did anyways. Rudy liked having some company in the back.
Our first stop was the Goose neck State Park.

This place had some awesome views.

I thought this sign was cool.
{Bluff, UT}
We spent the first night in Blanding with Reed's dad then next day we made it to Moab and we had to take Rudy to play. He loved these sand dunes!
On Thursday we went it to Arches National Park.

{the famous delicate arch}

The 3 1/2 mile hike was worth it but we were all hiked out after that and decided we will have to take another trip to do some of the other hikes at the park.
But we still enjoyed some other views from the road :)

It was a great trip for the both of us and we had a blast getting away for a couple days with just the 2 of us, and Rudy :)

  1. So fun! When Trey is done with this school year (less than a week!!!) we want to do something too. I wish we could get outta town. Probably just have to be out to dinner. Better than nothing, right?

    P.S. Try and enjoy the kid free years. :) xoxo
